The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is seeking applications for the positions of Junior Assistants, Senior Assistants, and Junior Executives in different fields. Vacancies and Reservation:-
The total number of vacancies for each post is as follows:-
- Jr. Assistant (Office): 9 vacancies (UR-6, OBC-2, SC-1)
- Sr. Assistant (Accounts): 9 vacancies (UR-6, OBC-2, SC-1)
- Junior Executive (Common Cadre): 237 vacancies (UR-99, OBC-63, SC-35, ST-17, EWS-23)
- Junior Executive (Finance): 66 vacancies (UR-30, OBC-17, SC-9, ST-4, EWS-6)
- Junior Executive (Fire Services): 3 vacancies (UR-3)
- Junior Executive (Law): 18 vacancies (UR-10, OBC-4, SC-2, ST-1, EWS-1)

Eligibility Criteria:-
The eligibility criteria vary for ech post, and candidates are required to fulfill the following educational qualifications:
- Jr. Assistant (Office): Graduate
- Sr. Assistant (Accounts): Graduate (preferably B.Com) with 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts-related fields.
- Junior Executive (Common Cadre): Any Graduate
- Junior Executive (Finance): B.Com with ICWA/Chartered Accountant/Master of Business Administration (2 years specialization in Finance).
- Junior Executive (Fire Services): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Tech in Fire Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering
- Junior Executive (Law): Professional degree in Law (3 years' regular course after graduation OR 5 years' integrated regular course after 10+2) and eligibility for Bar Council of India enrollment.
Age Limit and Relaxation:-
The maximum age limit varies for each post:
- Jr. Assistant & Sr. Assistant: 30 years
- Junior Executive: 27 years
There are age relaxations for candidates belonging to SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, and women candidates :-
(i) ST candidates will receive a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
(ii) SC candidates will receive a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
(iii) OBC/MOBC candidates will receive a relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit.
(iv) PWD candidates will receive a relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit.

Remuneration and Benefits:-
Junior Executive [Group-B: E-1] :- Rs.40000-3%-140000
Senior Assistant [Group-C: NE-6] :- Rs.36000-3%-110000
Junior Assistant [Group-C: NE-4] :- Rs.31000-3%-92000
Selected candidates will be placed in different pay scales based on the post. The approximate CTC per annum for Junior Executive is Rs. 13 lakhs, for Senior Assistant is Rs. 11.5 lakhs, and for Junior Assistant is Rs. 10 lakhs. In addition to basic pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, Perks, House Rent Allowance, CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, etc., as per AAI rules.
How to Apply:-
Candidates can apply for multiple posts by registering separately for each post. The application must be submitted online through AAI's website within the specified dates.
They should have a valid email ID and mobile number, and necessary scanned images of their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per the given specifications.
Selection Process:-
The selection process for the AAI recruitment includes the following steps:-
1. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must carefully read the advertisement and ensure they fulfill all the eligibility criteria and norms. Providing false or incorrect information will lead to disqualification.
2. Online Examination: Provisionally eligible candidates will be called for an Objective Type Online Examination. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
3. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the online examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for further tests, such as Application Verification, Computer Literacy Test, Physical Measurement & Endurance Test, and Driving Test (depending on the post).
4. Application Verification and Tests: Different posts have different tests. For example, candidates for the post of Jr. Assistant (Office) and Sr. Assistant (Accounts) will have to undergo a Computer Literacy Test. For the post of Junior Executive (Fire Services), there will be Physical Measurement and Endurance Tests, along with a Driving Test.
5. Document Verification: During Application Verification, candidates must produce original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies of all the required documents.
6. Medical Standards: Selection is provisional, subject to verification of eligibility criteria, medical standards, and other requirements as per AAI rules.
7. Training and Surety Bond: Selected candidates for the post of Junior Executive (Fire Services) will undergo training and have to execute a Surety Bond of Rs. Five Lakhs to serve AAI for three years after completion of training.
Action Against Misconduct:-
Candidates must furnish correct information and should not engage in any misconduct during the recruitment process. Misconduct, such as using unfair means, impersonation, submitting false certificates, etc., will lead to disqualification and legal action.
Application Fee and Mode of Remittance:
- General, EWS, and OBC candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs. 1000/-.
- ST, SC, female, and PWD candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
