Educational Qualification:
Risk Engineer: To become a Risk Engineer, you need to have a Graduation or Post-graduation degree in any field of engineering with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Automobile Engineer: To qualify as an Automobile Engineer, you should have a B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech degree in Automobile Engineering with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Alternatively, you can have a Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) and a one-year diploma in Automobile Engineering.
Legal Officer: To become a Legal Officer, you need to have a Graduate or Post-graduate degree in Law with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Accounts: For the Accounts position, you should be a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and have a Graduation or Post-graduation degree in any field with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
AO (Health): For AO (Health) position, you can have an M.B.B.S / M.D. / M.S. or PG-Medical Degree. Alternatively, a B.D.S/ M.D.S or BAMS/BHMS (graduate or post-graduate) is acceptable. You should have at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). Valid registration from relevant medical or dental councils is also required.
IT Specialist: To be an IT Specialist, you need a B.E./B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in IT or Computer Science Discipline. Alternatively, an M.C.A degree is also accepted, with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Age Limit: 21 to 30 years
The maximum age limit can be extended as follows:
(i) SC/ST candidates can get a relaxation of 5 years.
(ii) OBC/MOBC candidates can get a relaxation of 3 years.
(iii) PWD candidates can get a relaxation of 10 years.
NIACL AO 2023 Selection Process:
NIACL AO 2023 selection will be based on three stages. Candidates need to qualify in each stage to become an Administrative Officer Generalist.
NIACL AO 2023 Exam Pattern:
Phase 1:
Three sections: English, Reasoning, and Numerical/Quantitative Aptitude.
100 MCQs for 1 mark each with a negative marking of ¼th mark for incorrect answers.
Phase 2:
Divided into Objective & Descriptive sections.
200 MCQ-type questions and 2 Essay/Letter Writing questions in English.
Negative marking of ¼th mark for wrong answers.
NIACL AO 2023 Descriptive Test:
Duration: 30 minutes, Marks: 30.
Test of English Language – Letter & Essay writing.
NIACL AO Interview Process:
Candidates selected from the Online Examination will proceed to the Interview stage.
The selection ratio of Online Examination to Interview will be 80:20.
